CARE OF JEWELRY

Keep your jewelry in a clean, dry place such as a fabric-lined jewelry box or wrapped in a soft piece of cloth. Store pieces individually so they do not scratch one another and keep away from direct exposure to sunlight and air.

Avoid bringing jewelry into contact with perfume, hairspray or harsh chemicals such as bleach or chlorine.

Over time, silver, and to a lesser extent, gold, will tarnish with exposure to air, chemicals, and oils in the skin. Pieces are best cleaned using a soft cotton cloth or felt with mild, non-abrasive soap and warm water. Rinse pieces thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing. For best results, clean pieces periodically and handle with care.

MATTE/SATIN FINISH

Blackened silver gradually fades with wear. While many people appreciate the unique patina, I can re-oxidize your piece for the cost of shipping.

Note: Do not use tissue paper or paper towel for cleaning, as their fibers can result in scratching. Do not use commercial cleaners on your jewelry. Use soap and water and a soft cloth.

All Lulu Fiedler pieces are made from quality gold, sterling silver. None of the metal that we use is plated (unless is specified)

At Lulu Fiedler, we believe in creating sustainable jewellery that can be worn and treasured for years to come. But do keep in mind that jewellery is still precious and care needs to be taken whilst wearing it.

What type of metal is used in Lulu Fiedler jewelry?

Our jewelry uses 18 karat gold, 14 karat Gold (Yellow, White and Rose color) and sterling silver. The metal is specified in the product description.

WHY DOESN’T MY Lulu Fiedler PIECE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PRODUCT ONLINE?

All Lulu Fiedler pieces are locally handcrafted, which means that each piece will be unique. We use high quality materials and take great care in our manufacturing, however, because each piece is individually crafted, there will be slight variations in shape and size. This is especially true when it comes to gemstones!

We do try our best at being accurate, but we also believe it is these little differences that make our products special – no one will ever have the same exact Lulu Fiedler piece as you.

DOES LULU FIEDLER DO ENGRAVING?

We do have engraving services. Fee applies. Please contact us.

Does Lulu Fiedler sell wedding rings or wedding bands?

Yes. Lulu Fiedler will be happy to help you with custom wedding ring or band. Please Contact Us to start working on it.

What is Bespoke?

Every piece in our collection can be specially made-to-order and modified down to the smallest detail. Personalize one of our signature styles by selecting your preferred stone—color, shape, size and cut. Choose the metal that your will prefer in your design. Lulu Fiedler on-hand to guide you through the process.

Can I use my own stones in a custom piece? Will you set my Stone? Can I incorporate an heirloom stone?

We love working with Heirloom stones, but need to first ensure that the stone is suitable. We ask that clients provide a few specific details to make this determination; quality and condition will inform if and how a stone may be used, while the shape, color and cut relate to the possible design. Please send a photograph and as much information on the stone as possible, including carat size, millimeter dimensions and GIA certification if applicable.

Please have your stone appraised prior to your appointment to determine its valuation.

Do you offer certificates or appraisals with your jewelry?

We can offer that to you at an additional cost. Please contact us if you want your piece appraised.

How is your jewelry produced?

All of our products are handcrafted in our design studio located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Canada

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY Lulu Fiedler PRODUCT?

All our online purchases are made to order, which means we’ll need roughly 1 to 2 weeks from the day you pay to process and manufacture your order. Once your piece is complete and has passed our quality control it will then be shipped. Local Canadian shipping takes around 2 to 5 days, where international can take between 1 to 4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

We do shipment worldwide. We ship international orders via Fedex.

I lost my earring. Can I order a mate?

Yes, please follow our repairs policy. Make-a-mate repairs cost half the current retail price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping. Our ability to make a mate is dependent on availability of materials. In order to ensure the earrings match, we request that you contact us first to send in your remaining earring so that our jewelers can use that a a guide. We do not guarantee that materials will be available, but we will try our best to make a match for you.  To request a mate made, contact us at lulu@lulufiedler.com

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?

Visiting a local jeweller and having them measure your finger professionally is by far the best way to determine your ring size. If you are unable to do this however, please feel free to use our sizing guide as the next best option. Please note that this is merely a guide, we cannot be held responsible if your actual size differs. Please be sure before ordering.

WHAT IF I NEED MY RING RESIZED?

We would be more than happy to resize your Lulu Fiedler ring to ensure the perfect fit. Please view our Terms and Conditions page for more information

Do you provide Warranties?

We provide a one-year warranty on all of our jewelry from the date of completion. If any issues arise in the first year, we will repair your piece free of charge. It is your responsibility to ship and insure your jewelry; Lulu Fielder Jewelry will return your piece insured once repaired.

In or out of warranty, we are always happy to repair damaged pieces. Fees for this service vary according to the extent of repair.

Can I return my order?

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, we do not accept returns.  However, there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact lulu@lulufiedler.com to discuss your particular situation.  In some cases we will allow exchanges.
